We are committed to training young people to reach unreached villages and supporting native-pastors who have been called to church planting. Local populations view national pastors much more favorably than foreign missionaries. In addition, native pastors understand the nuances of the language, culture, and lifestyle that are often difficult and time-consuming for foreign missionaries to learn. For the gospel to spread throughout these regions, native believers and pastors must be equipped to reach their families, friends, and communities.
